1. Services

Altura Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, marketing automation, and related digital services to service-based businesses. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, your access to all managed services, hosting, and automation tools will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Altura Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
